HOPE Changes Everything!

When the world mentions the word “hope,” its tone is usually one of a question or doubt. “I hope I get an ‘A’.” “I hope they like me.” “I hope nobody notices.” “I hope…”

But when it comes to ETERNAL LIFE, the Bible tells a different story.  Strength comes to those whose hope is in the Lord.  No question there.  No sign of doubt.  No hint of chance.  It is a done deal.  Why?  God will come through for us.  How do we know?  He died for us.  That’s why Paul said in Romans 15:13, “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace.”

Notice that?  “The God of Hope!”  We have HOPE because we have Him.

Are you in need of a sure thing?

When dreams fade, health fails, people fall short, all we want is a glimmer of HOPE!

We have HOPE because…

God HEARS our cry to help.

Psalm 71:2,5  Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape; incline thine ear unto me, and save me… For thou art my hope, O Lord GOD: thou art my trust from my youth.

God Offers Forgiveness.

Isaiah 55:7  Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts, and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

God Promises His Presence.

Hebrews 13:5 …for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

God offers Eternal Life.

John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

You can have this HOPE!

You can pray right now.  As Jesus Christ to be your Savior.  Ask for God’s forgiveness for your sin.  Claim His promise of Eternal Life, and put your HOPE in Him.

HOPE Changes Everything!

Romans 10:9,13  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved… For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Romans 5:1-8   1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:  2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.  3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;  4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope:  5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.  6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.  7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.  8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

If we invite the God of HOPE into our hearts, HE delivers it!

God brings HOPE with HIM!
